For luxury shopping it’s hard to beat the area around Rue St Honore.
The Ritz Hotel is right around the corner.
A little something by Chantal Thomas. I guess women are wearing stocking with garter belts again. I’m not one of them.
I don’t wear slippers like this either but I like them. It looks like something stars from the 40′s wore.

I don’t know if it is still true but at one time Joy was the most expensive perfume in the world.
Tempting, tempting. But I must confess I prefere my old jeans and my garden boots
And now we know where Barbie shops….
Meilleurs voeux!!
Oh wow…I`ll be browsing a little more in this street today…..love it
I think you are correct about Joy…I seem to remember something about it being the most expensive perfume at one point in time.
And I want some Barbie slippers..oh how I want them!
That’s definitely a fun street to go window shopping and drool at all the beautiful things. One time, I hopped over the velvet rope at the Ritz to check out the prices. Eek! A girl can dream…
I love window shopping – or licking, as they say – with you! It’s all eye candy and my purse stays intact
The slippers look like something I would fall while wearing.
Wish I was there to shop with you!
Again, great pictures. We loved taking photos of the store windows at Christmas where everyone puts forth their “best” designs. About “Joy” in Paris, T and L magazine’s latest edition mentions 3 places for amateur noses wanting an aromatic experience- Guerlain, L’Artisan Parfumeur, and Thierry Mugler. Anyone know about these?
Ooohlala!
