There are daffodils for sale on the streets, always a sign that Spring is on the way. I saw some bushes also blooming and roses sending out tender young shoots with roses to follow.

White and green asparagus, always a harbinger of Spring.
Not a sign of Spring, but I thought these olives for sale at our market looked so colorful.
Scallops and crabs fresh out of the sea. The crabs were still moving.
Another sign of spring is that you are braving the outdoor market again. From the looks of those flowers, you are far ahead of us. I woke up to a dusting of snow this morning.

Spring in Paris must be perfect
It doesn’t seem difficult to find a lot of good things to eat in Paris, without a lot of difficult preparation. I love seeing the food displayed, as they do.
