Tea and Caramel

Near Rue de Buci is the interestingly and, I’m sure, historically named street called rue de Bourbon le Chateau. Doesn’t that name make you want to check it out? A friend and I stopped for tea at a place called Henri le Roux, the first shop of a famous Breton chocolatier and caramel maker. We had what they called a gourmet tea with pieces of either chocolate or caramel. It was really good.

My own little tray with my tea and three chocolate, one of which was full of salted caramel, very good.

Right across the small street was a little shop selling expensive cups, plates and pitchers all in white, very delicate.
