A variety of things seen here in Austin:
Seen inside the Whole Foods grocery store. I remember years ago when the first store opened in Austin and I was amazed that anyone, except hippies, would want organic food. How wrong I was. This store was amazing with five food bars selling barbecue and Mexican food among other things, lots of wine and beer, vitamins and other suppliments and makeup. It is a huge store and a bit expensive.
Between Austin and Dallas is the town of West, home of many Czech immigrants in years past, and they sell their famous pastry here at the Czech Stop called kolaches. It’s a good place to stop for a break of the four hour trip and it’s hard to pass up a kolachi.
