I wanted to get a sunset photo on the Alexander III bridge so walked there where many people had the same idea. There are often brides here being photographed as it is a particularly beautiful bridge but there were none this day.
On the way I passed this statue of Thomas Jefferson. He spent time in Paris.

One of the figures on the bridge with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The sun did indeed set, but it wasn’t very spectacular as you can see.
