We met some friends in Golden, Colorado for a meal which turned out to be at a restaurant owned by Sherpas-their last name was Sherpa too-from the Himilayas. It all tasted mostly Indian to me, very good, served buffet style. I was told they probably came to Colorado to do work in the Rocky Mountains but I never found out for sure.
Golden is the home of Coors beer once only made and sold in Colorado. It was often smuggled into Texas years ago by college boys who thought it must be superior to Lone Star beer. I understand they have a really good tour there which I may catch one day.
