Around the Marais

The Marais has long been one of my favorite areas of Paris. Here are a few photos I took the other day.

There are lots of beautiful windows to be seen but they are really special with autumn touched vines.

The Village Saint Paul is always interesting to walk around. Very quiet and sort of lost in time.

This painted wall and door in one of the shops caught my eye.

This box was in an antique shop too. I’m not sure what it once contained-maybe powder?-but I like the colors and design.

The window of a florist.

Isn’t this a great corner?

    1. I’ve always been into photography but am very stimulated by beauty to take photos. Having a blog is what really started me taking a lot of photos and having a small point and shoot and then an iPhone really helped as I always have one with me. I do take a lot of photos when in the States-it’s a habit, a way of life now.
