Into the Garden

A few photos from the first day of the opening of the Tuleries Gardens.

I’ve never noticed this architecture before. I assume it’s original to either Greece or Rome.
Chairs waiting for visitors.
The fountains were running.
We walked through the petite Arch de Triumph.
Louvre Museum which is opening soon.
I’ve always been intrigued with this building from the 1600’s. It is part of a school now. I’m not happy with the puddles and streams of urine in front however. I wondered who picked out that color for the door and shutters. You don’t see hot pink/maroon very often in Paris.

  1. Seems strange not to see flocks of pigeons and flocks of people. It looks like a beautiful day -it must have been a very nice walk.
