Luxembourg Garden

I took a bus one stop further than I needed to go to get a look at the Luxembourg Garden. There weren’t any flowers in the many pots yet but they had started putting spring flowers into beds around the grounds.

You can see some of the flowers in this photo. I always thought this statue was of Pan with his flute but it turns out to be an actor learning his lines. I always thought it sort of looked like he was taking a selfie with his iPhone.
Too early for the umbrellas to be opened.
The ladies terrace.
Spring is almost here.
The Luxembourg Palace now where the Senate sits.
Another sign of Spring. I thought they might be lilacs but was told they bloom in May.
